Volunteers Experience:

Welcome Kits: Start with a small gift bag that includes a personalized thank-you card, event T-shirt, reusable water bottle, and snack pack. Add a guide outlining their roles, the event goals, and how their work contributes to success.
Personalized Name Badges: Give each volunteer a custom name badge with their role and a small "thank you" message.
Behind-the-Scenes Access: Offer tours of event spaces and allow volunteers to see aspects of the event that attendees don’t. This builds a sense of inclusion and excitement.
